Job Overview: As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the proper functioning, safety, and appearance of the community's facilities. Responsibilities include performing routine maintenance tasks, addressing repair needs, and contributing to the overall maintenance and upkeep of the property.
