Senior Technical Program Manager, AI/ML, Finance

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in program management. - Experience working with AI to prototype and iterate designs, establishing the groundwork for final development. - Experience managing the software development lifecycle and shipping technical products. Preferred qualifications: - 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Experience working within or with finance domains (e.g., accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, procure-to-pay). - Knowledge of data architecture, data warehousing, data governance, and business intelligence principles. - Ability to influence without direct authority and drive consensus across cross-functional and executive stakeholders. - Excellent investigative, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
