HR Business Partner Location: The Hague: About the position: We are looking for a highly business-oriented HR Business Partner to support our growth across the BeNeNord region. This role will act as a strategic partner to regional leadership, helping scale a high-growth, sales-led SaaS organization. You will work closely with leaders across Sales, Channel, and Customer Success to translate business objectives into an effective people strategy—driving performance, engagement, and retention. This is not a traditional HR role. We are looking for someone who understands how people strategy directly impacts revenue growth, productivity, and organizational scale.
