Job Description: Reporting to the Senior Director, Legal and Regulatory Affairs, the Senior Legal Counsel will serve as a strategic partner to the various business units in a complex, dynamic, and highly regulated environment. The incumbent will actively contribute to the management of commercial and regulatory litigation, regulatory or internal investigations, legal risk management, and support for the company’s commercial and operational activities.
