Job description

Responsible for ensuring that adequate levels of all supplies (perishable and non-perishable) are maintained consistently (front and back) of beverage operations. Also responsible for maintaining cleanliness and effectiveness of beverage storerooms and Easy Bar liquor system. - Maintains a constant level of liquor, sodas, dry goods, glassware and other beverage service accessories at all bars and storerooms. - In conjunction with Bar Attendants, ensures storerooms and Easy Bar/Soda/Juice systems are properly cleaned, and that adequate amounts of liquor, juice, and soda are maintained on the systems at all times. - Places orders with Warehouse, receives products and stocks all bars according to pre-set par levels, adjusting and maintaining these correct levels for all seasons and holidays. - High School Diploma or equivalent preferred - Minimum of 1 year Bar Attendant experience - Fluent and literate in English - Must be 21 years of age. - Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business - Acts as a role model to other Team Members and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainme...
