(SFI), a two-time USAToday Top Workplaces awardee and Washington Top Workplaces honoree, is seeking a Release Train Engineer (RTE) to support our growing team. The RTE serves as the leader and chief facilitator for the Enabling Rail Agile Release Train (ART), helping teams plan, coordinate, and deliver shared services and technical enablers that support mission execution across the broader Solution Train. Unlike a business-feature ART, Enabling Rail provides the cross-cutting capabilities that allow other ARTs to deliver at scale, including environment management, DevSecOps pipeline support, release coordination, production readiness, application security, integration and testing support, business intelligence enablement, and change/training/deployment support. This role is responsible for facilitating ART events, managing ART, improving flow, managing cross-team dependencies and risks, driving transparency through metrics, and aligning delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders.
