Schedule Mon – Sat Flex Overview: Responsible for assisting in the direction of Loan activities involving the extension of installment credit to Credit Union members. Ensures that such credit operations are in accordance with established policies, procedures, and legal requirements, and result in maximum volume, appropriate profit for the Credit Union, and a minimal delinquency ratio. Coordinates and oversees Loan activities with both Underwriters (Buyers) and Dealers, ensuring that all subordinate areas of responsibility support the Credit Unions objectives and goals. Trains, directs, supervises and appraises all assigned personnel. Ensures that services are delivered professionally and efficiently, and member’s & dealership’s problems are resolved promptly. Ensures that all processing is done in a timely manner with accuracy and in accordance with credit union policies and procedures. Willingness to assist others are vital to this position.
