Job description
- Lead, supervise, and schedule maintenance staff to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with quality and company standards. - Ensure maintenance personnel are properly equipped and trained, including the use of PPE, tools, and safety protocols. - Optimize preventive maintenance programs and drive improvements in predictive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime while minimizing costs. - Serve as the primary technical expert and troubleshooter for equipment and production machinery issues. - Manage all facility-related maintenance activities including electrical, plumbing, roofing, carpentry, and general repairs. - Oversee setup and breakdown of facility spaces for events and operational needs. - Conduct quality control checks on maintenance work to ensure compliance with standards. - Coordinate and prioritize work orders with other departments, promoting collaboration and clear communication across teams. - Support achievement of plant-wide and departmental performance goals. - Ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements and maintain effective working relationships with union personnel. - Address personnel issues, investigate concerns, and...
