Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree. Preferred qualifications: - MBA degree. - 2 years of experience creating complex data sets, data modeling, and reporting. - 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment. About the job: In this role, you will lead strategy development and execution with executive leadership for gTech Users and Products (gUP), one of Google’s largest operating teams, which is responsible for providing customer care and technical support for nearly all Google products. You will have an opportunity to shape how Google launches products, how we provide support, how we drive efficiencies across a global operations team, develop scalable processes, onboard new partners, resolve top user issues, and how we provide technical implementation services to some of Google's most strategic partners.
