About the Role: Thomson Reuters is seeking a Vice President, Technology – M&A Integration & Separation to lead the technology strategy and execution for complex mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and separation initiatives. This is a highly visible leadership role requiring a senior technology executive with deep technical expertise, strong commercial judgment and a proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs. The successful candidate will partner closely with Technology leadership, business stakeholders and the M&A Integration Management Office to shape and execute technology strategies that enable growth, operational excellence and successful deal outcomes. You will join Thomson Reuters' M&A integration and separation organization — a fast-paced, high-performing team at the center of enterprise transformation.
