Job Description: - Field Support & Testing : Assist in evaluating wireless network performance (LTE / 5G NR) through active field testing and validation. - Product & Field Feedback: Systematically collect and analyze customer requirements and feedback. - Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with senior engineers to diagnose system issues, validate new features, and optimize overall performance. Academic Requirements: - Degree: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science , Electrical Engineering , or a related technical field. Relevant Coursework/Projects: - Knowledge of 5G protocols, NTN, O-RAN standards, and broadband technologies. - Hands-on experience with 5G products, Wi-Fi routers, IoT platforms, and network diagnostics - Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
