Job description

Zurich (Schaumburg, IL) seeks a Business Systems Analyst to serve as an Agile Scrum/Kanban Development team member and work with the Business and Data Management teams to provide solutions for business systems’ needs, understand business objectives, processes, and products as well as the business systems capabilities to formulate, define, document, and implement systems scope and objectives to develop and provides solutions. Specific duties include: profile, analyze and document the technical requirements for their assigned Agile team backlog; master complex data transformations concepts, including data warehousing principles; work to capture requirements in a formal manner; coordinate and drive activities with product owners and business stakeholders to refine prioritized backlog and gather requirements; document appropriate detailed functional and non-functional requirements; identify data most valuable to the organization, and evaluate this data and alignment with the corporate data model; manage business rules to enhance and optimize filtering results; use requirements management tools and techniques; support development, testing, implementation, and some training activities; a...
