Job Title Offensive Security Coordinator Job Description: Offensive Security Coordinator As Offensive Security Coordinator within the Cyber Security Officers team of our Global Information Security Office (GISO), you will act as the central orchestrator for red teaming, penetration testing, and attack‑surface insight across our global organization. Rather than executing all testing yourself, your primary responsibility is to coordinate, steer, challenge, and connect. Aligning internal teams, external providers, and first‑line stakeholders to ensure that offensive security activities are well‑prioritized, consistently executed, and effectively translated into risk reduction. Operating across both IT and OT environments, you maintain a holistic view of our attack surface, ensure that findings lead to meaningful remediation, and actively enable “shift‑left” offensive security capabilities within the organization.
