Overview Case Manager's: Emergency Family Shelter: ~Hiring Immediately~ Full-time, Hourly, Eligible for Overtime, $25-$26.50/hour with Benefits The Salvation Army, Syracuse Area Services Hiring Immediately: The Emergency Family Shelter has increased in families that need our help here in Onondaga County! We are currently expanding and looking to hire Shelter Case Managers. The role of a Case Manager is to provide strength-based case management services to families experiencing homelessness; conduct intensive biopsychosocial assessment of family unit and individual needs; collaboratively develop and implement a comprehensive, individualized housing plan with aftercare services, if appropriate; assist with connecting family to community resources including health, mental health, substance treatment, preventive services and employment services; move families out of shelter/hotel in less than 30 days.
