Role Overview: The Lead Building Operating Engineer is responsible for overseeing the safe, reliable, and efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of critical building systems across the Colorado HQ Campus. This role serves as the technical lead for on-site engineering operations, providing day-to-day leadership, contractor coordination, and advanced troubleshooting for complex mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and control systems.
