Baystate Health, western Massachusetts’s premier healthcare provider, and home to Baystate Medical Center (BMC), a Magnet Hospital for Nursing Excellence seeks a Full Time Registered Nurse Clinical Education Coordinator supporting Mass Mutual 5 (Heart & Vascular Interventional unit), Mass Mutual 6 (acute care cardiovascular telemetry unit), Mass Mutual 7 (Cardiac Heart Failure Inpatient). Summary: Clinical Education Coordinator (Unit/Specialty based) enhances practice through evidence-based education, teaching, mentoring and hands-on support. Reporting to the Director Clinical Education. The coordinator works evenings, nights, and weekend schedules with limited time on day shift to meet evolving workforce and healthcare system needs, serving as a strategic partner in advancing nursing care delivery.
