Transaction Processing Client Services is at the heart of the services offered by Euroclear. Our mission is to facilitate and support the smooth and timely exchange of securities on the secondary markets between Euroclear Bank's clients and their counterparties inside and outside Euroclear Bank. On this position you will be responsible for: - Supporting clients of our operational divisions, concentrating on a specific aspect of the business: transaction processing. You may also lead or contribute to projects or initiatives in the areas of operational efficiency, risk, quality, regulatory and strategy. Requirements: - Respond independently to client inquiries within your area of expertise. - Act as a central contact point for key clients and maintain basic knowledge of their business. - Participate in client visits and contribute to presentations. - Escalate client requests and propose alternatives when needed. - Coach newcomers on phone and written communication, including email approvals. - Identify and raise service or quality issues; contribute to problem-solving and process improvements. - Assist in reviewing procedures and preparing for client meetings. - Support small initiat...
