Registered Nurse - RN - Assessment Nurse Status: Full-time - Day Shift Schedule: Roughly 16 hours per week for assessments and admit Wage: $37-$40/hr. depending on experience Location: Ovation Sienna Hills - 1525 East Ovation Place, Washington, Utah 84780 We are seeking a dedicated Assessment Nurse (RN) to join our senior living community supporting Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care residents. In this role, you will be responsible for completing resident assessments, identifying changes in condition, and collaborating with the care team to ensure high-quality, individualized care.
