JOB TITLE : Cape Fear Clinic -Outpatient Therapist SERVICES: Substance Use and Mental Health Services SCHEDULE: Full-Time: REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS: - Graduation from a Master’s degree program in behavioral health - LCSW preferred, or LCSWA, LCMHCA/LCMHC, LCAS/LCASA, LPA RESPONSABILITIES OVERVIEW: - Individual, group, and family therapy for co-occurring disorders - Comprehensive assessments and evidence-based treatment planning - Establishing and monitoring behavioral/medical goals and patient outcomes - Familiarity with additional agency programming and care coordination - Promoting client engagement across services - Diagnostic assessments, case management, and psychotherapeutic interventions - Tracking, reporting, and outcome evaluation - Timely and accurate clinical documentation - Active licensure requirement POSITION HIGHLIGHTS: - Provides independent diagnostic and psycho-social evaluations and counseling which focus on complicated substance abuse and addiction as well as the issues generated from its impact on daily living and individual and family relationships. - Evaluate the client's situation and their ability to deal with their problem; conduct an...
