Position Summary: Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, the Program Manager is responsible for evaluating and directing the care and supervision of residents. In addition, the Program Manager supervises all program site staff. Essential Functions: - Monitor, implement and enforce the applicable policies of the program. - Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations that govern the program, including Title 22 specifications. - Recruit and determine eligibility of residents and coordinate intakes. - Maintain and actively manage a list of eligible clients. - Ensure the accuracy of resident records, evidence of goals completed, and the compilation of data for demographic reports. - Participate in each resident’s individual service team meeting and case conferences. - Monitor each resident’s individual service plan. - Participate in quality management meet...
