What we’re looking for: We are seeking a part-time, seasonal Groundskeeper to join our team at The Trellises Apartments , a 301-unit apartment community located in Florence, Kentucky, from May through August. As a Groundskeeper at Ackermann Group, you will be responsible for assisting with general unit make-ready requirements as needed, snow removal, grounds upkeep, equipment upkeep and basic level service requests. This is a training role that will provide opportunities to further the employees’ level of proficiency within the maintenance trade.
