Job Summary: The Tigers are seeking a creative and social savvy video assistant to join the social media team for the 2026 season. This individual will be responsible for assisting the social media team with gameday responsibilities and social-first video projects. They will have a strong understanding of video editing and the social media sports landscape. The ideal candidate will generate fresh, exciting ideas that will engage our fans and be able to turn creative video edits around on tight timelines. Key Responsibilities: Edit engaging social-first video content for various platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. Collaborate with the social media team to deliver high-quality short and long-form content in a timely manner such as in-game highlights, polished hype reels, features and sponsored content. Support day-to-day social media content calendar execution and real-time content creation. Work in partnership with internal stakeholders including sponsorship, ticket sales and community impact to manage day-to-day project expectations and deliverables for select programming, special events and campaigns.
