OVERVIEW: Job Duties & Responsibilities Experience: Oversees all specialized Experiences of the business including: The Rock Wall, The Cage, The Field/Ice Rink, Golf Bays/Services, Equipment Service, and In- Store activations (where applicable). Increase revenue, traffic, athlete conversion through strategic programming including but not limited to in-store events, utilization of batting cages, golf bays, outdoor field and rock wall, couponing/shop nights. Event planning, event space capabilities; provide information on event space configurations and recommend the most effective set up for the event type and size based on event space & availability.
