Overview The USU Eastern Library & Learning Commons is looking for friendly, hardworking, and reliable students to join our team in serving the Utah State University Eastern campus community in Price, Utah for FALL TERM 2026 . FALL 2026 Business Hours: M – TH: 8 AM 9 PM, Friday: 8 AM – 5 PM, Sunday: 4 PM – 9 PM*Staff must work select Sundays each term.* Responsibilities: - Staffing the library service desk at the USU Eastern Library & Learning Commons, including: - Assisting patrons with computer and printing needs. - The check in/check out of library materials. - Providing general reference and information services for visitors. - Providing referrals to other staff/departments as needed. - Recording statistics. - Using a cash register for payments. - Assisting in opening and closing the library during business hours. *Staff must work select Sundays each term.* - Providing good customer service and attentiveness while answering questions, giving directions, and providing library services in person and over the phone. - Completing assigned projects and maintenance of the library building and collection as directed. - Re-shelving books, keeping the collection neat and organized, and...
