Director of Business Development (Full-Time) Salary: $97,984 - $110,500 based on years of experience Join Us and Be Apart of the Samaritan Difference! What You'll Do: - Research and proactively identify new means to expand services and drive census growth - Propose new business ventures and innovative partnerships to achieve quality, cost management and strategic growth goals under the direction of SVP, Clinical Operations. - Develop business cases on potential strategy options - Collect, analyze and monitor competitive information in the marketplace and prioritize areas for development in collaboration with the Leadership Team. - Design, develop and implement strategic network development, contract management and business development/sales plans and initiatives - Oversee business development contracts and confirm compliance with relevant regulations - Actively develop and manage relationships with strategic partners, maintaining regular, effective communication to promote collaborative relationships. - Develop an understanding of strategic partners’ systems and operations to properly represent partner needs at internal meetings - Act as liaison between internal departments and pro...
