As being the Software Engineering Excellence Lead (m/f/d) within R&D Software Solutions your focus is to foster software engineering and technical excellence, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Together with the Cyber Security Lead and the Software Quality Assurance Lead, you form the center of Software Engineering Excellence to continuously strengthen our best-in-class software development teams, spanning across Munich and Gurugram/India , focusing on efficiency and effectiveness to meet our business goals in a fast paced environment. Your Responsibilities: - Elevate Developer Experience: Design, provide solutions and advocate for a seamless, intuitive internal developer ecosystem that minimizes cognitive load and friction, fosters technical excellence and “developer joy” - Optimize Software Development Flow: Drive systemic efficiency by identifying and eliminating bottlenecks within the end-to-end delivery lifecycle.
