We are seeking an Electrical Fabrication Supervisor to lead our wire harness assembly, associated electrical component assembly, and integration operations across both prototype and structured production environments. The supervisor will manage day-to-day production activities, oversee a dedicated trainer to support workforce skill development, and drive improvements in quality, efficiency, and process discipline The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise in wire harness fabrication and electrical assembly, proven leadership within high-reliability or aerospace manufacturing environments, and the ability to mentor and develop teams to achieve excellence in both production execution and vehicle-level integration.
