Description As a member of the civil design team, this position will offer you the opportunity to work with multi-disciplined engineering and design project teams in developing civil/site and physical layout drawings in a 3-D model environment and preparing associated 2-D drawing deliverables and drawing updates. This position is intended to support a new Generation III+ Reactor project with a focus on site grading and drainage design, development of buildings and structures not directly connected to the plant, and coordination of minor HVAC and piping design for those facilities. Responsibilities: - Work with multi-disciplined engineering and design project teams in developing civil/site and physical layout drawings in a 3-D model environment. - Perform challenging assignments involving site grading, drainage, earthwork, underground utility layout, access and roadway considerations, and general site development for a new nuclear project. - Support the design and layout of buildings and structures not directly connected to the plant, including associated foundations, site interfaces, and utility routing. - Coordinate minor HVAC and piping design for support buildings, with the abil...
