ROLE PURPOSE: The Program Coordinator will assist in the planning, development, implementation, and oversight of the day-to-day operation of Connective’s Program(s) as well as participate in program development, policies and procedure formulation, program evaluation and budget preparation. REPORTING AND WORKING RELATIONSHIPS: - Reports and is accountable to the Program Manager of the facility or their designate - Facilitates the delivery of programs and initiatives to adults, and their families and loved ones, relating to effective intervention and community reintegration - Liaises with Connective’s staff to support the agency’s initiatives and to deliver person-centered services in keeping with our philosophy - Liaises with other community and government agencies in the area LOCATION: Prince George, British Columbia STATUS: Unionized.
