Description As a Hotel Engineer I, you’ll play a hands-on role in ensuring the Gravity Haus property operates safely, smoothly, and sustainably. From troubleshooting and repairs to preventive maintenance and guest interaction, you’re a behind-the-scenes hero who makes exceptional stays possible. Key Responsibilities: Maintenance & Repairs: - Perform routine preventive maintenance on hotel systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical fixtures, appliances, and spa amenities. - Assist with daily hot tub chemical testing and balancing under supervision. - Respond to maintenance requests in guest rooms and public areas. - Complete basic repairs such as patching, painting, fixture replacement, and minor plumbing. Operational Support: - Log and track maintenance tasks in the internal work order system. - Assist with property inspections to identify maintenance needs. - Support snow removal, landscaping, and seasonal prep as needed. - Handle waste disposal including trash, recycling, and electronic waste Team & Guest Interaction: - Collaborate with Front De...
