Job Description: Position Title: Per Diem Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Job Status: Per Diem: Compensation: Rate: $150 per completed assessment Performance Bonus: $1,000 payable in 2 installments ($500 after 15 completed assessments, $500 after 50 completed assessments) Schedule: Flexible (Sunday-Saturday): No Barriers.
