Description Job Summary: This is an entry-level role where you will communicate with customers via phone and email regarding aircraft parts inquiries. You will fulfill orders by locating parts in the warehouse, confirming proper documentation, and preparing shipments to meet customer requirements. Additionally, you will handle invoicing in NetSuite, collect payments, and process shipments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and possesses strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service.
