Job Description: Allied Universal® is hiring a Branch Support Specialist. The Branch Support Specialist is responsible for being the primary contact for branch management for all general benefit issues, resolution of payroll discrepancies, compliance reporting, uniform/equipment management, and unemployment claims. This hands-on position is responsible for branch-level administration. RESPONSIBILITIES: QUALIFICATIONS: - Maintain employee personnel, medical, and benefit files; maintains branch I-9 files in accordance with company policies and legal policies - Assist Corporate Human Resources with the annual open enrollment process; provide first-line answers to benefit related questions or works with corporate benefits to identify answers for employees - Oversee administration of company uniform program, including sizing, issuan...
