In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for J & J Air's HVAC clients—handling incoming calls, entering appointment requests into a computer-based scheduling system, and coordinating with our HVAC service and sales teams to ensure timely and efficient response. The ideal candidate will be comfortable using scheduling and dispatch software, and have strong organizational skills to manage priorities while maintaining clear and professional communication with both clients and team members.
