Health Association Nova Scotia is partnering with the Department of Seniors and Long-term Care to provide recruitment support to continuing care employers in Nova Scotia. There are many available positions in long term care for Licensed Practical Nurses who have a passion for working with seniors; or with home nursing, where you will provide care to people of all ages in their homes and other community settings. In collaboration with the Registered Nurse, the LPN performs a wide variety of resident care functions within the scope of practice, code of ethics, and governing legislation. The LPN provides a leadership and supervisory role to the Continuing Care Attendant/Personal Care Worker.
