Lead Engineer Bath Clinic 37.5 Hours & Permanent Salary: Up to £45,000.00 per year (depending on level of experience, training and qualification) Bath Clinic i s part of Circle Health Group , Britain's leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics, performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country. We have an opportunity for a Lead Engineer to join their team of staff in the Engineering department. This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern. Duties of this role include: - Ensure the safe and effective completion of all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance tasks in line with Circle Health Group Standard Operating Procedures. - Manage the engineering response to building and equipment faults, ensuring timely and safe resolution with minimal disruption to hospital services. - Provide day-to-day leadership and line management of engineering operatives within your hospital. - Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure training and competency standards are maintained. - Monitor and report on Reactive...
