Location: Marquette,Michigan,United States DATE: May 6, 2026: POSITION: Marketing Communications Specialist: DEPARTMENT: Strategic Initiatives: RATE: $24.00 per hour, with potential for additional compensation based on qualifications. POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for developing, coordinating, and leading a wide range of internal and external marketing and communication initiatives while working to build a consistent brand image in support of the strategic goals and objectives of the Upper Peninsula Health Plan (UPHP), Upper Peninsula Health Group (UPHG), and Upper Peninsula Health Care Solutions (UPHCS). ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Follows established UPHP policies and procedures, objectives, safety standards, and sensitivity to confidential information. 2. Creates, writes, edits, proofs, and facilitates distribution of communications for the corporation and its entities, including but not limited to, member/provider materials, staff communications, news releases, community relations materials, website and other electronic content, social media content, advertisements, and executive bios. 3.
