This pharmacist will provide direct patient care under established Hepatitis C and Opioid Use Disorder Collaborative Practice Agreements (CPAs), support statewide providers through timely clinical consults, and assist in the development and implementation of new pharmacy-led initiatives. This position works closely with the Clinical Pharmacy Services Manager and contributes to the broader mission of advancing patient-centered, evidence-based pharmacy practice. This is a wage position limited to working no more than 1,500 hours per agency during the 12-month period of May 1 – April 30, regardless of the hire date.
