Job Summary: The Residential Electrical Service Technician will troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems on the structural wiring of single-family homes and multi-family properties accurately and efficiently while adhering to the National Electrical Code, State and Local building Code standards, along with upholding the Strada Services Brand Promise of delivering professional, responsive services with uncompromising reliability, respect, and value to our customers. Duties / Responsibilities: - Inspect, identify hazards or defects, troubleshoot, and diagnose electrical problems on structural wiring, service equipment, receptacles, switches, and light fixtures. - Perform repairs or replace per manufacture recommendations while adhering to the National Electrical Code standards, recommended practices, and guides. - Work from ladders, scaffolds, and scissor lifts to install, maintain or repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. - Provide preliminary sketches and cost estimates for materials and services. - Engage with homeowners to inform them of issues and needed repairs, replacement, or appropriate upgrades to be completed at that time or at a schedule time. - Lead cust...
