A DAY IN THE LIFE: Floating Leaders work between multiple locations and variable shifts. A Floating Leader is responsible for directing an efficient workflow and assisting the regional manager in a variety of store operational duties. This position will serve as a role model for all barista responsibilities and will also serve as a team leader in each store. There is never a dull moment in this ever evolving role.
