BASIC PURPOSE: Assumption University’s Clinical Counseling Psychology graduate program seeks candidates for a program director and full-time, tenure-track faculty member with rank negotiable. The program is looking for an experienced professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching and mentoring graduate students to direct and teach in the master’s-degree program. The successful candidate must have a strong background in cognitive-behavioral therapy and be 3 years post licensure as a Clinical or Counseling Psychologist. Administrative experience preferred. ACCOUNTABILITIES: The Clinical Counseling Psychology program is a year-around program that enrolls new cohorts of students in the summer and fall semesters. Classes are offered on campus in the late afternoon and evening. This position is a 12-month position that includes directing the program, making admission decisions, teaching, and mentoring graduate students during the fall, spring, and summer semesters.
