Further information is available at www.bgis.com SUMMARY: The Financial Coordinator is accountable for providing transactional support for a process within an accounting cycle. Specific accountabilities include validation and processing of expense reports, p-card logs and time and labour hours. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Validates completeness and accuracy of time and labour hours and follows up on missing information to ensure timely processing. - Reconciles the PCard Log to the PCard Statement, ensures completeness and accuracy, reviews supporting documentation, follows upon on missing information, and ensures proper authorization has been received. - Pulls supporting documentation as directed by Financ...
