We operate across all industry sectors – clients range from corporates and private equity houses, to major government departments and private sector contractors and developers. In our TMT M&A team we advise a combination of private business, private equity and corporate entities on a combination of divestitures, mergers, acquisitions and strategic options. We work collaboratively with our Lead Advisory colleagues at all stages of a deal cycle, and often work with our clients for multiple years on a variety of transactions.
