Manager, Data Provisioning

Segra is searching for a qualified and experienced Manager, Data Provisioning to join us in a full-time capacity in one of our Segra offices. Shift Details: Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM EST each week. This is a 2nd shift position only. Location Requirement: The work arrangement for this role is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of three (3) days in one of our Segra offices, with flexibility to work remotely two (2) days each week. Qualifications: ▪ Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field; or an equivalent combination of professional level related Engineering/Technical experience required. ▪ Experience: A minimum of 8 years of leadership experience and previous Service Delivery experience and proven experience leading and mentoring a technical team. ▪ Key Competencies: ◦ Knowledge of management principles and practices; personnel supervision and development ◦ Telephony technologies ◦ Knowledge of IP networking, routers, switches and other associated peripheral equipment for customer networks ◦ Knowledge of Ethernet services defined by the Metro Ethernet Forum (MEF) such as ELINE/ELAN. ◦ Knowledge of optical transport...
