The role involves analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and supporting the implementation of IT systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, cloud solutions) to improve operational efficiency and data quality. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking, stakeholder communication skills, and experience with enterprise systems.
