About the Role: The Associate Scientist will be part of the Research & Development team responsible for bringing new and innovative personal care products to life. This role will research and develop new soap products and work with our operations team to support continuous improvement of existing products. Specifically, this role will work in our R&D laboratory to prototype new products and evaluate new ingredients, fragrances, colorants, and designs.
