Role Summary The Ecommerce Producer is responsible for managing the day-to-day needs of all our e-commerce sets for the stills studio. This includes managing budgets, sourcing crews, managing shoot schedules and all production related needs. Role Responsibilities: invoicing and month-end close process and outside talent, booking talent, booking travel and transportation for all hired talent, making sure sets are ready on time, all talent is on set on time, and that all sets are running smoothly - Manage Anthropologie Home and Accessories e-comm production budgets including - Daily management of PDP studios including coordination of schedules for in-house team - Working with Ops Manager to streamline studio production + create efficiencies within the PDP budget: photographers and crew documents - Continually identify freelance photographers and stylists to add to our roster - Maintain production database (AirTable), specifically for ecomm-related rates/notes for - Collect, process, and rectify invoices and expenses - Organize and distribute call sheets, production schedules and other shoot-related - Create and maintain rapport with external vendors + freelancers - Oversee PDP creati...
