Full Time: Days: Cardiology experience preferred: Hospital consult / Nurse phone triage role Job Summary: The Cardiology Registered Nurse (Warren Clinic) assesses, plans, implements and evaluates nursing care, utilizing the nursing process as ordered by physicians for the purpose of facilitating the effective delivery of patient care. This role assists patient care coordination including triage of urgent walk in care and triage through phone conversations with patients. Minimum Education: Has completed the basic professional curricula of a school of nursing as approved and verified by a state board of nursing, and holds or is entitled to hold a diploma or degree therefrom. Licensure, Registration and/or Certification: Valid multi-state or State of Oklahoma Registered Nurse License. Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of related experience, which includes 1 year of experience with basic life support (BLS) measures. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Working knowledge of general disease state management processes, bio-psychosocial model, and clinical pathways.
