Job description

Core Responsibilities Baristas are responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty drinks, often following precise recipes and presentation standards such as latte art. They take customer orders, handle payments, and may provide recommendations or educate customers about menu items and brewing methods. Baristas also serve light food items like pastries, muffins, or sandwiches and may package coffee blends or retail products for sale.
