Your Role We are looking for a Health & Safety Specialist who will report to the Country Health & Safety Manager in Italy and will be responsible for supporting the implementation of safe working practices across all business functions, ensuring compliance with the safety and occupational risk prevention system through appropriate actions and processes. Please submit your CV exclusively in English; applications in other languages will not be considered What you will do: - Participate in risk assessment, planning, and monitoring of the execution of corrective and preventive actions - Coordinate external service providers and prevention services - Conduct regular visits and inspections - Monitor and update Health & Safety KPIs for the site - Support the H&S Manager France in implementing applicable local and global regulations on site - Establish health and safety systems and procedures to meet specific requirements - Organize and deliver safety training to all staff in partnership with the Human Resources department - Through internal inspections, monitor, evaluate, and report on safety processes and health & safety performance on site.
